This walk has been cancelled for Saturday the 24th of May due to an accident and a resulting twisted ankle.
Join local resident Jon Turner on the best bush walk in Tāmaki Makaurau. Starting from Manukau Domain, we head up and down the Waikōwhai coast stopping at beaches along the way. We will visit stands of Native bush, historic sites and gaze upon fantastic views of the Manukau harbour. Our walk finishes at Taumanu reserve in Onehunga, where we will catch two buses back to the beginning. Depending on numbers, there is a possibility that we could organise parking vehicles at the beginning and end of the walk.

Access: The walk goes up and down stairs and along the beach. A good level of fitness is required as well as shoes that can get wet and dirty.
